There are several advantages in educating and training at-risk youth for jobs in today’s environments. The benefits will not only improve and change the status of many troubled youth, but will pave the way for the next generation of entrepreneurs, environmental developers, maintenance workers and construction builders that will aid in making the future world a better place to live.
